Today should be a good day!

I know it’s raining, but the sun shines on me now

Neptune’s haze is clearing and I’m looking you in the eyes

I only seek the truth

And, I know that’s what I’ll find 

I let go of any confusion 

I know I am now free

Free to fly to what’s best for me

I am not held down with lies that limit my mind

That’s a good day to me!

I should forget about you.

The uncertainty and suspense cuts like a knife 

Following my heart and soul

Knowing what I know 

Yet not knowing

Going back and forth in different worlds.

Looking at you 

Then looking away

Even if I put some time and space between us.

I know I won’t forget you

I never will
